HaloX features overview
HaloX is not a generic SEO scorecard. It connects five operating questions: can search engines and AI crawlers read your site, does your brand appear in AI answers, which keyword clusters should you prioritize, can your team produce citation-ready content, and can you report progress every week?
What HaloX does
| Operating step | App area | What you inspect | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Dashboard | AVI Overall Score, SEO, AVI, Web Health, citation rate, traffic | Open the weakest dimension |
| Technical readiness | Site Audit | SEO/GEO/performance, critical issues, AI accessibility | Fix crawlability, schema, rendering, performance |
| AI answer visibility | GEO workflows | Prompt sets, model responses, mentions, sources, citations | Find missing questions and competitor gaps |
| Prioritization | Strategy Map | Search volume, AIO, GEO, SEO, GAP type | Pick urgent and GEO opportunity clusters |
| Execution | Content Factory | Strategy analysis, content writing, trust report | Build citation-ready content |
| Reporting | Weekly Report | AVI/SEO/GEO changes and action items | Share customer, executive, or agency updates |
The HaloX operating loop
1. Read the Dashboard baseline
Start with the AVI Overall Score, then split the problem into SEO, AVI, Web Health, citation rate, and traffic signals.
2. Diagnose crawl and AI accessibility issues
If a page is slow, blocked, JavaScript-only, or missing structured data, AI systems may not use it as a source.
3. Monitor strategic prompts
Track the real questions buyers ask across AI engines and separate brand mentions, sources, and citations.
4. Prioritize clusters in Strategy Map
Use search volume, AIO, GEO, SEO, and GAP type together instead of ranking by volume alone.
5. Produce citation-ready content
Content Factory helps turn clusters into pages with definitions, FAQ, comparisons, evidence, and sources.
Meeting scenarios to read next
| Situation | Start here | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You need to turn real sales/onboarding conversations into a service introduction | Customer-meeting GEO scenarios | Maps financial/platform, enterprise, PR, B2B SaaS, and local scenarios to HaloX workflows. |
| You need to explain how AI expands one question into many source paths | Fan-out search patterns | Connects root questions, sub-questions, source candidates, validation loops, and citation reasons. |
| An agency needs to package GEO for clients | Agency GEO operations | Turns diagnosis, sprints, monthly operations, and shared execution into client deliverables. |
| A customer asks about GEO while SEO foundations are weak | B2B SaaS GEO operations | Explains SEO recovery → clusters → content execution → AI citation tracking. |
